Responsability

Being associated to the TUSCANY MOTO TOURING the associate declares to have taken vision of the norms of registration for the participation to the events and declares to raise the Tuscany Moto Touring, the President, the Council, the Secretariat and all the Staff and anyone connected to the organization of the manifestations, from every and any responsibility for damages and disadvantages that to he derived or derived to thirds party, or things of thirds, for effect of its participation to the activities of the association, renouncing a priori to any availed again and rerun to authority not considered from the enforced norms.
Moreover is authorized Tuscany Moto Touring in the persons of the Directive Council, to the use of own sensitive data and/or not, based on the enforced norms on the privacy only exclusively for fine legacies of the Association.
